Slates/Phyllite - There are vast deposits of Slate / Phyllite in Prakasam, Guntur and Nalgonda Districts. Some of the varieties are already been exported from the State to Australia, New Zealand and European Market.

Marbles - Marble in Andhra mainly occurs in Khammam, Cuddappah, Kurnool, Ananthpur, Guntur and Nellore Districts. The Palnad marbles have already made a name under the name - Amravathi marbles.

Flaggy Limestone - Different colours of Flaggy Limestone are extensively found in Ranga Reddy, Nalgonda, Guntur, Anantapur, Cuddappah, Kurnool and Mahbubnagar districts. Black flaggy Limestone from Cuddappah is well known all over India.

Stone Handicrafts - Kuppam is mainly famous for its traditional stone artisans.
